For one price from 700pm to 2am, Frankfurt's museums and zoo open up for evening fun! First we toured around the city a little as this was our first Frankfurt adventure. We took the walking tour suggested by the information center. It was 3 miles long so were we able to see a lot of the area. When the Night at the Museum started, we began at the Städel Museum which includes 700 years of art. We saw some wonderful art including a bunch of the masters such as Degas, Monet, Manet, Rembrant, Jan Van Eyck, Botticelli, Kirchner, Picasso, Bacon, Pollack and more and more. The Städel Museum ranks as Germany's oldest museum foundation and houses one of the world's most important art collections.

From there we went to the Museum of Communication where we saw some great sheep made out of old telephones! And then off to the Film museum and the zoo. At midnight we had enough and jumped back on the train home to Wiesbaden.
