A quieter weekend - LOL

The weekend of June 1-2, we hit a couple of festivals and the Elton John Goodbye Yellow Brick Road Farewell Concert.

After wandering through the Kranzplatzfest and listening to some music in downtown Wiesbaden, we strolled over to the outdoor concert area where Elton John was presenting his show. We did not have tickets but could hear everything clearly right outside the fence. We drank our adult beverages with others enjoying the music and good company.

Then on Sunday we went back to one of our favorite little villages, Eltville, for their Rose Festival. The flowers were exquisite. We strolled through the lovely flowers, and a bite to eat and drank some rose champagne then took the train back home.
